Nice, easy run. Felt great and for the first time I felt like I really got in a rhythm with my breathing and pace. My first mile was very relaxed and the only reason my pace was as quick over the whole run was the stride work I did for the last .2 or so. That's what increased my HR so much - took it right after I finished the stride.
