HH HM Training
Long run of the first week. I have just really struggled this week with my runs. I don't know if it's because I'm a bit under the weather, or if it's because I am trying to run slower according to the McMillan pace calculator, or if my body is just tired and maybe needs a couple of days off. I have felt like I'm running in molasses all week. Oh well, at least it's over. Next week will surely be better.
