Notes
First run after the HM. Ran the first 25 minutes with Wendy as she repeated Week 6 of C25K and then the last 25 minutes on my own. Felt good until the last mile when my lower right leg started hurting a bit. It's sore and I've iced it. Possibly a case of shin splints.
Overall, felt great to be back out on the road after a couple days off. I'll be taking it easy the rest of the month and then I'll be back at it first of the year.
