Notes

Needed a 2:10:00 training run at 10:15 pace, so I ran the RTV Half. Felt amazing through the first 8, then took walk breaks as needed from that point on. Pleased with the results.

Got done and felt fine - just tired from the humidity and hills. No problem going to the Prayer Walk afterwards and now - 4 hours after the race - I feel fresh.
