Struggled in the 3rd mile; felt shaky. Hadn't really eaten anything all day, which was stupid. Took about a minute break and then continued. Felt tons better, but my AHR was one bpm higher than the max on the plan, but that may have had more to do with my paced being quicker than the plan called for.
