Worst HM ever, but didn't expect much different with my current state of fitness. Ran the first 2.5 miles with a friend who was doing the full and went faster than either he or I had hoped, so the rest of the race was running slow and taking walk breaks when I needed (and there were plenty of them). Just tried to treat it as a LSD.
All in all, the goal was to have fun, run with my friend, and finish, so I got all 3 of them.
