This was the 30:00 run and I upped the pace a bit. I was very careful to shorten my stride so that I didn't put added stress on my shins. Felt great. I have found tremendous success in shortening my stride and increasing my turnover. Anyway, I came in right at around 9 m/m which is unbelievable. Great way to start the day and week!
