PR by 1:29 seconds, a full 2:14 faster than my time at this race last year, and I ran all the way through even though I wanted to walk. I am getting stronger, faster, and more tough mentally. I could not be more pleased with this effort. I'll add more later when I see the results posted.
By comparison to this course last year:

MHR was 209
Avg Pace was 8:27/mile
This year I ran every segment in the 7s and had a lower AHR and MHR. All the miles I'm logging are really starting to pay off.
