Vanilla Cliff Shot @ 8 miles
Okay, this run was awful from beginning to end. Pace was slow, HR was elevated (although my resting HR was only up 4 bpm), and I never found any kind of rhythm. The schedule had me down for 20 miles, but I decided to call it done at 16 because 1) I've already done a 20, so there was nothing to prove, and 2) after 3 hours of running, I didn't think another 45 minutes on my feet would really accomplish much.
Live to run another day, I guess.
