This is the kind of weather I need for running. Beautiful morning and so clear!! I felt great. Took it easy the first 0.5 mile and then just ran by feel and easy. HR was amazing!!! Avg Pace was 8:47 mpm with avg HR of 125!!!!
Quads are still sore, specially on the downhills, but all muscles are recovering very well and very quickly.
Weight was up 1 pound.... I guess that extra OhYeah! bar I had last night did not help : )
