Notes
This is a filler so i remember my splits until garmin connect syncs again. I did a ML on the treadmill and since i was running low on time (and because I think they are really beneficial) I ran up-tempo after the first third.
The final couple of miles were:
Dreams and Nightmares - Meek Mill (x2)
6 Foot 7 Foot -Lil Wayne (x2)
Blood on the Leaves - Kanye (x2)
And I think that about all you need out of a playlist
