Legs felt tired during the warm up. To be honest, I wasnt confident at all

that I would be able to do the workout. A combination of dehydration,

tiredness, and pain weighed heavily on me from yesterday, but somehow, when

the workout began, I didnt really feel any of these. Now Im more confident

that I am getting stronger and that my hard work will pay off.
