Day 4
About 7 miles late at night with Tom, Arjun, Mike, Jeff, and met up with Arash
at KLM. Cooled down a little by the time we ran, but it made a big difference.
I felt stronger as the run went on so we went a little farther than planned.
Finished up with 4 strides and they felt great.
