I was pretty nervous going into this workout. I was supposed to meet up with Joshy, but couldn't get a car to drive over to school. I almost prefer running this one alone because it really allowed me to focus on how i was feeling, being the first workout of Track. I hope to meet up with him for the next one though.

With that being said, I'd say this is a pretty perfect workout given the circumstances. First workout, felt like trash the past few weeks, it was a bit windy out on the loop I did. Overall, I'm very pleased with this one. Effort was pretty high, and got harder each interval, but I think I started out just comfortable enough to be pushing a bit at the end. As expected, the cardio was really the thing that gave first, so a couple more of these will whip me right back into good shape.

This workout has me excited and gave me a bit more confidence.
