Long Run solo in the pm. Beautiful temps out there, but a wee bit windy. Especially windy when running west. I did a reverse crystal lake to statues, and back to the arc. Saw jared at the arc and so we talked and stretched for a while. I was panning on doing some general strength or core, but just stretched out really well instead. Ran back home and called it a day.
