Temps at 95° when I started.

6 mile steady state.
Ok, so not the workout it was supposed to be. I gotta say I thought I was stronger (despite the heat) than this. Went out pretty well, and ended up just dying.
1) 5:50 - perfect.
2) 5:39- Little too quick
3) 5:47 - Back where i needed to be. Crack of thunder, turned back here.
4) 5:28 - killer.
5) 5:44 - No wind or anything for the last 2 miles and it really took a toll. Burnt up
6) 6:07 - Back at home. Probably wouldve had no problem with more if i didnt mentally defeat myself. Rain started gettin hard, so i went inside to cool down and COOL DOWN. was burning up out there.
I did a bad job on the last few tempos and thats probably gonna hurt me in the long run if i dont figure it out. Probaly didnt help that i ate a burrito pretty late for lunch. Tuesday workouts are going nice, need more focus on fridays.
