Run with Yuji and Chris Brenk. We were all doing something a little different, but met up at waterfall. Ran the first 3/4 together and split off into our workouts. Medium long for me meant just steady as she goes. Right calf was bursting at the seams. Rolled when done to alleviate. Less than I wanted but still ML
