First Official Day of Summer
Ran 6 with Jack, Neil, Tom and Ted. First day of summer running went well,
although I was a little sore. A few of them decided to go a little faster on
the second half, but I didnt go with them. Kept back with Neil and Jack and
ran pretty well. 4 strides after felt nice.
