I'm gonna reiterate what i said in the warm-up. There was a monsoon out while Josh and I ran this workout. Winds were cold-whippin around at ~30mph and it was rainy. With that in mind, we took to the streets, planning on running across the wind (as opposed to running 1 interval into the wind, &1 with the wind). It was pretty nice to do this with josh. After the 1st interval, we took turns leading every 2 minutes. That was a great way to attack the intervals. Felt pretty manageable of a workout.
We got going quicker throughout once we got a handle of how the wind would affect us. Got going really fast on the last 2 intervals, and in the last 2 minutes died off a bit. Finished up well still. Great workout.
