Casual with Nate Sun. lol. Didn't expect to be with him for so long but the kid is improving leaps and bounds. Look out for a great track season from him if he keeps consistent.
As for me, I felt pretty decent. Ran a few before practice in the sunlight. 5 mile statues loop after. I'm really looking forward to running the 5k indoors at the end of January. I was 17th in the all of NIRCA in the 8k xc, i want to be top 5 in the 5k in outdoor track. :o
