5 x 1mi @ Threshold (5:30) w 2:45 rest.
Ran with Quinn & Richard, while Julia was also running the workout.
I used the 15:51 for the VDOT calculator and the threshold pace cam out to ~5:31. I think i'm in better shape now, but that was a good starting point. The reps all felt good. Aerobically, it was very good. We were able to chat (albeit short sentences) through the first half of each rep, which is a solid indicator. These reps were not run very evenly. We got out too hard on about every one. In the last 2, Richard felt good and sped up to 5:15-5:20s but i stuck to what felt like threshold.
Calf was hardly noticeable during, but hurt a little after.
