Notes
Ran with Jared up on the streets of Barrington. It was a little icy and snowy, but all in all it was good conditions. A little warmer than i expected.
Barrington is a bit hilly, so the conversations Jared and I were having had to be put on hold at points. But it brought a nice burn to the lungs. Jared dipped out at 11 again so i added on alone. He passed me in his car shortly after and cheered for me lol. My left shin kinda hurts now but i think thats linked to the IT band issue strangely enough.
The song Buzzin' by Shwayze is stuck in my head now... if you've never heard it, you've never experienced the peak of 2008 music.
