Hell Week take 2?

Had a rough week last week. Just tried to get healthy as quick as possible,

took really long still. gonna try to get 3 hard workouts in this week. really

going to exert it all so i can get the most out of it. hopefully hills

tomorrow, threshold tuesday, probably tempo friday. would eventually like some

long intervals but dont knw when/where to do them. as for the run at 8am

today: not bad, good pack, nice and cool out = easy run
