Notes

Before: arms felt really tight/painful, knees felt painful and tight

2 sets of band at marked sharpie resistance #1

15 reps on all except first exercise (arms straight) for both sets! feeling stronger in my upper body

2 sets of 15 on slant board, no extra weight. felt easy/moderate. good to be able to do these again

after run, full stretching, exercises

soft melt ball on hamstring, 3 sets 30 sec. still tight and raw in there

Knees- some slight knee pain when heading down hill in left knee, went away... better, but stil not where it was afew weeks ago

Hamstring-- only noticed when stretching, using ball! fine! yay

Shoulder-- didn't notice at all really on the run! Yay!

Pinky-- no pain or aches at all right now... holding my breath, but optimistic!! ultrasound + parafin seems effective...

Arms-- a little bit tight, it comes and goes.. much better after stretches exercises....... Feel much better than when I woke up... haven't done too much typing today or yesterday but I'm feeling more confident about it.

Voice-- got really tired after talking to abba, but seems to be recovering more quickly than before

Perhaps next week extend run length, guitar-- test these a bit more.

I need to believe! I am willing to believe that my body will heal completely and I will be able to do the things I love with joy and ease.

So grateful for Drew. Amazing guy.
