Notes
2 sets of band exercises-- 2 sets of 15 reps at same difficulty! PR
slant board-- 2 sets of 15 at 1 level higher!-- no pain-- progress
On run--
knees-- right knee hurt on the medial side, but not too bad
shoulder-- pretty much fine! doesn't seem to be a limiting factor for this distance
hamstring--felt sore and tight as per usual-- worse going up hill
pinky-- better last night, played guitar for half an hour with no pain! but upon waking it was sore, but weirdly on the other side of the hand. nervous about this limiting my practice and playing... now sore a tiny tiny bit but not as bad as 2 weeks ago. maybe i play guitar without it today?
arms-- left especially sore upon waking-- better after exercising, but both still feel kind of tight
voice-- feels fine this morning w/ no real test-- humidity in my room is much higher and i used the medicine last night
full stretches---
massage roller b4 run, stick after,
melt on hands and foot kind of haphazard, but felt good...
no melt on hamstring today.. let's see if that's making it worse, not better
stretched hammy tho
knees feel better after whole workout
I am willing to believe that my body will heal completely and that I will be able to do the things I love with joy and ease.
