This was a really hard run...Trail at the start, uphill after the right turn, then downhill to the flat to the finish...But ran it the best i could...Got held up at the traffic light for a bit...But, ran down the pick girl on her phone giving me inspiration to the finish...All in all, a good run to finish the H2C 2023 TTC race...
