then on the track aimed for 7:45 pace for 6 miles - 7.57, 7.42, 7.37, 7.42, 7.40, 7.42
jill was doing tempos too
then a mile or so cooldown
was tired and expected I would fade too much before the tempo work was done. some quad tightness and knee issues
