ran with brenda and ralph for 3 mile warmup, then on track with randy to finish warmup
also at track were andreas, elyse (and ralph, brenda) Tim gave the workout - 4x 2000 on 11 minute clock at half marathon pace. I ran my intervals faser than that at about 7 minute mile pace, last one was around 6:45 pace. jogged during recovery period
then about a half mile cooldown
