Breast Care Alliance 5k. Planned an easy effort. Started about 100 back in the field, first couple blocks were slow and crowded. Surprised to see sub 9 min pace late in first mile. Kept a mostly steady effort, but paced dropped from 836 to 8 to 737 for each mile.
