Just a tough day!!! DP was 74 - super muggy!

HR was above 140 very early and I knew I was going to have a tough one. Should have tried to keep it closer to 12mpm pace for the first 4-5 and then adjust if need be.

Mile 2-4 - 11:37, 11:37, 11:36

Mile 5-7 - 11:44, 11:57, 11:48

Mile 8-10 - 11:57, 11:45, 11:53

Mile 11-13 - 12:15, 12:17, 11:37

Took 4 walk breaks - one to stretch and the others when HR got into the 163+ range. Limited them to no more than 1 minute. Took GU just past mile 7.

Believe I was dehydrated as I drank ~45 oz. during run and then ~40 oz. when I finished. Weight loss was 6 lbs - over 11 lbs when considering water/GU2O intake.
