DP was 64 - not too bad...
Nor HRM so running this week at faster paces - trying to adjust to the paces needed for Pfitz schedule.
Was able to keep 3/3 then 3/2 breathing throughout.
Splits were 9:22 / 9:16 / 9:42 / 9:42 / 9:02
First two laps a bit quick. Original plan was 2 @ 10:00, 3 @ 9:45.
Felt good to push the pace a bit, even though it is essentially "easy" pace. Wasn't easy with mid-day heat and several weeks of slower pace.
