Mile 1 is a bit long as is mile 2. Mile 2 was downwind and I got movin' faster than planned. Last mile is long so more like 9:25 pace...
Wanted to run close to 10mpm pace so not too bad. Legs and lungs could tell the effort yesterday was more intense than usual, while not being "that" intense.
