A bit cooler this morning...
Ran 2 mile warm-up at a very relaxed pace (10:51 / 10:28)
Tempo miles were
3 - 8:23 [167]
4 - 8:04 [177]
5 - 8:18 [181]
6 - 8:14 [184]
Pace on mile 3 is slow. It included a few hundred feet of warm-up. Mile 4 was too fast and HR got racing. Should have stayed under 180 (88% HRR).
2 mile cool-down included a few walk breaks. I was hurting (couldn't cool off) and was able to run the last 3/4 mile continuously.
