Legs 7/10
Hip first got tight around mile 4/5. If I "sat back" it seemed better, especially on the downhills. Had to stop every 2-3 miles after mile 10 to loosen hip. Did 2-3 stretch stops when I took gels (7/13/17).
Drank about 48 oz during run and balance after (another 16 oz). Didn't need as much as last 20 miler due to temps. Still should have tried to drink more - closer to 20 oz per hour.
HR for each 5 miles was a bit higher this run versus last 20 miler - pace was also faster. Last 10 miles averaged 9:30!

Temp Range 58-61 = PERFECT!
Long Ice bath (bag and a half) and legs feel decent this afternoon
