Felt good - HR really got up there. Highest previous recorded Max was 191.
Mile 1: Good start - always a bit fast while running around the school. Downhill help the pace. 7:18
Mile 2: A few uphills and the pace slows. Still feel good but worry a bit about bonking. 7:43
Mile 3: After the top of the hill at 2.4 miles feeling ok just no pep. 7:52
Mile .1: Tried to finish strong - wasn't able to start my kick from where I would like (~300M). 0:42 (6:25 pace)
