Drank 8 oz Gu2O before I headed out. 16 oz water and another 16 oz. Gu2O during. Took a GU at 7 miles -- probably a bit too late as i started to fade a bit. Miles 11 and 12 were rough. I ran into a wall at 11.5 and stopped at 11.75.

Miles 2 and 3 were too fast. LR pace used to be near 10:25 and now trying to stay between 9:50 and 10:00.
