81 & 85% Humidity - tough conditions for 6am. Tried to run about 15-20 sec slower per mile.
HR 25% above zone - but barely (152-154). HR stayed plenty low first 2 miles at easier pace.
Felt very good and relaxed thru 2 miles.
Miles 3 & 4 started to sweat a ton and HR got into the high 140's
Some pain in the ball of right foot immediately after run - no pain during.
