Legs 7/10 - 4/10 late
Tried Tangents for the long run. Was OK until around 11-12 miles and feet started to feel a bit sore -- nothing that worse than normal. IT band acted up the last few miles. Had to stretch it right near the end - just got too painful.

miles 6-10 - 148 :: 9:53
miles 11-17 - 159 :: 9:18
About same as last week - a bit lower for the last miles but pace 2 sec slower.
