A bit of wind (8-12) from the East
Shoes starting to fall apart after 150 miles - not good at all!
After the 22 miler Sunday and the race Saturday this probably was too much (10 mi w/ 3 min at 10K every 5min). Started with a 1/2 mile warmup.
Totaled 15 repeats or 45 minutes so nearly 6.5 miles. Struggled to stay sub 7 pace. Got it back for 2 of the last 3. A good hard effort regardless.
Was wiped most of the day.
