Did one 1/4 mile hill at 3% incline at bgeinning of mile 8 - HR jump seen above. Got HR up to 165. GP mile got HR up near 170 (82% HRR).
Legs were a bit tired but very little hip and knee pain. Could be treadmill and could also be the shoes...
Forgot to split the last 2 miles for HR.
