Did 6 total at LT. I was sweating to death and HR was in upper 180's - too high for an LT. Once I hit 3.5 I bagged the 7 mile effort and tried to do the 2x3.5 effort. Might have needed a longer recovery (5 minutes).

LT efforts on the TM are killing me - last 10/5 effort failed as well.
