Legs 9/10 early - 6/10 late -- Hip tight after 7 miles
Ran up 550 hills and then did the hills on Ransom. A hiily 10 miles for sure.
Pace was a bit faster than planned - thinking 10:30 for 1st half then 10:15 for 2nd.
Had some good long inclines in miles 8/9 that got HR screaming.
HR peaked after 7 miles - maybe need a gel?
