Easy medium long run. Had to due this in the morning because of a Chinese conversation group during practice this afternoon. Felt good. I went from alliance and did 10 mile money back to alliance through campus. My GPS watch was really messed up today though. It said I only ran 11 miles, but when I mapped this I really ran 11.25. It said my first mile was 7:51, so I just stopped using it for distance and just more for mile splits. This pace matched up better with my mile splits than the distance on my watch. Weather was perfect, 50 degrees and a slight breeze. First time I have ran with a shirt on in awhile.
