Notes

Distance run w/10 minutes of brisk followed by 4x150 on the track w/250 jog in between. Did the 6.15 loop with the add-ons to the Pioneer track. Felt solid. Just priming the body for the hills/tempo workout tomorrow. Glutes didn't feel like they were firing super well though. Lovely morning, 30 and sunny actually felt pretty nice. Mapped out the brisk to be 1.7 miles (5:53 pace) which feels right. Felt like I was right around 6:00 effort.
