Notes

2x(4x400) w/1:00 rest in between quarters, 5:00 in between sets. Because of my knee, Janota only told me to do 2 sets. The first set felt really relaxed cardiowise, but I could tell my legs were tired from Senior Spectacular+biking for the first time in along time yesterday (used muscles I have not used in awhile) this past weekend. The 2nd set was tougher as my legs just got more tired. Cardiowise it still felt relaxed. The 8th one though, I could feel it. Horn and Whaley did all 4 of the last set in 67-68, which I believe I could have done, but better safe then sorry. Whaley said his legs felt tired, so it was just from this past weekend. Cardiowise Im feeling strong, legs just need to come around.
