Easy Sunday run. Ran for time, not distance. First mile was really slow. Legs and lower rift calf were a little sore from yesterday's 16 miler hill run. Felt sluggish the first two miles then loosened up. Highest mileage week ever! One more week till camp, I was told to back my mileage 5-10 miles this upcoming week, so looking for something in the 75-80 range.
