Notes

Not sure of workout today because I didn't think we would get back to back snowdays but usually Thursdays are similar to tuesdays so I did 45:00 on the treadmill. Split it up ad 30 mins. 5 ab core exercises then 15 mins. last 3 ab core exercises after strides. Legs felt more lively today.
