Decided to switch things up this morning. There is a 140 meter hill, about 6-7% grade right by where I do strides so I decided to do 5 hill strides today. Just up the hill hard and jog back down for recovery. Took about 22-23 seconds to get up. Each one felt progressively better. If I can incorporate 6-8 of these after 1 run a week, it will help build some strength and explosiveness this winter!
