Easy longer recovery run. No one else responded on trying to run, so I ran to Bushelle's house and ran with him from there. He was doing 8 miles, so we ran up the ashbury path to skylane and came up just short of the prairie path. Ran back to his house and I finished up the rest in Tamarack. Weather was perfect. I had all sorts of feels on this run. I started feeling tired, proceeded to feel good then got a cramp around mile 7 that I had to stretch. Once I left Bushelle, the run seemed to drag the last 2.4 miles.
