Notes

Distance run. This is my long run for the week but not really much of a long run now. Legs are definitely feeling fresh so the taper is really starting to take effect. It was raining this whole run but it actually felt nice because it was not that windy. Felt strong the whole time and I didn't feel tired at all at the end of this. Mapped for distance.
